The strip at the top of your report holds the few numbers that matter most. You can read it in ten seconds if you know the order.

$12,480Revenue
+8%vs last week
212Orders

Start with the change

The middle number is how this week compares with last week. If it is up, check what caused it. If it is down, go straight to the action at the bottom.

Revenue over the last eight weeks, example data.

Then check orders

Revenue can rise on one large order. Orders show whether more people are buying.

TipA calm week with no change is a good week. The report will say so.
